Business Developer / Sales / Channel

Job description

We are looking for a pro-active, communicative and determined person to join the sales team. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with medium/large clients, convert leads and help partners/resellers to grow their Rocket.Chat sales. 


This job focus into convert global leads into opportunities for direct sales or partners/resellers.


Daily tasks include:

  • Research, locate, define and target key business prospects;

  • Sales cycle activities for online and offline leads;
  • Attend events;
  • Establish and nurture relationships that fill business pipeline with prospective partners and customers.
  • Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances; 
  • Work closely with partners to increase their performance; 
  • Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products.



  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
  • Minimum of 1 year working for another technology solution;
  • Full-time availability;
  • Fluent English;
  • Pro-activity;
  • Communication;
  • Live in Brazil;
